Due to the significant snowfall from today's storm, and to allow our operations team and our partners from the Township and Borough additional time to safely clear sidewalks, side streets, and school grounds, the Hatboro-Horsham School District will operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

Roadways, neighborhood streets, sidewalks, and bus stop areas may remain snow-covered during the early morning hours. The two-hour delay will provide additional time for plowing, salting, and preparation of school campuses to support safe travel for students, staff, and families. We encourage everyone to use caution when walking, driving, and waiting outdoors.

Morning childcare services will begin at 8:30 a.m.

School breakfast and lunch will be served.

Essential employees, including maintenance and custodial personnel, will receive direction from their supervisor.

Due to the anticipated snowfall and accumulation, the Hatboro-Horsham School District is CLOSED and will operate as a Virtual Learning Day tomorrow, Monday, February 23, 2026. Instructional expectations and schedules for the virtual learning day have been communicated by each building. The Eastern Center for Arts and Technology will also operate virtually.

Snow is forecast to continue overnight and into the morning. Roadways, side streets, and walkways are expected to remain snow covered and hazardous, making travel unsafe and requiring additional time for crews to clear and prepare school campuses.

All after-school and evening events scheduled for Monday, February 23, are canceled.

The School Board meeting originally scheduled for Monday evening has been rescheduled to Monday, March 2, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at Keith Valley Middle School.

Twelve-month district staff will work remotely.

Essential employees, including maintenance and custodial personnel, will receive direction from their supervisor.

Please be safe.
