HHSD uses ParentSquare as our primary tool for District communications.  ParentSquare is simple and safe and will increase our collaboration to create more effective ways for us to connect with each other.  

With ParentSquare, you will be able to receive secure notifications through email, text, phone calls, and/or the ParentSquare app that are translated into your language of choice.   

ParentSquare is a comprehensive platform that will provide a centralized and consistent approach for us to contact you and for you to send direct messages to your child’s teachers.  It will replace other external platforms.   

You will receive: 

• Messages from classroom teachers  

• Updates from coaches and club sponsors 

• School news and information 

• Urgent notifications from the district about school closures or other emergencies 

To best utilize ParentSquare, please create an account with your primary email address or phone number.  It is free and will take less than a minute to set up.  You can do this by downloading the “ParentSquare” app or on their website -  https://www.parentsquare.com/signin/.   

Creating a ParentSquare account will allow you to fully maximize the capabilities of the program, such as direct messaging, communication preferences, and viewing teacher-created posts.  Without an account, you will still receive school messages and emergency notifications through email, text, and phone calls.
