Based on the high school building schedule below, HHHS will run periods 1 through 5 on a modified schedule.  Each class period will be 35 minutes in length, with ten minutes between classes. The schedule should follow the Red/Black day according to the high school calendar.

For Students:

• Daily HR attendance will be taken during the Homeroom period (9:00 am-9:05 am) by the classroom teacher and will be recorded in PowerSchool.

  • Students must be logged on to the virtual classroom (MS Teams) by 9:00 am.

  • Period-to-period attendance will be taken by the classroom teacher and recorded in PowerSchool.

• Students must be on time for synchronous meetings for all academic periods.  Cameras must be on with student faces visible.  Students should be seated in a space conducive to learning and work completion.

• Daily checking of Canvas Announcements/OneNote and District Email MUST occur.

• Academic support will take place during Teacher Office Hours (12:05 pm-12:35 pm).

• Special education students will have access to their case manager throughout the morning.  Special Education Services not able to be delivered during the 9:00-12:00 modified schedule will be delivered from 8:30 am-9:00 am or 12:05 pm-12:35 pm.
