The Seal of Biliteracy is awarded by the Hatboro Horsham School District and certifies that the student has attained an intermediate-high level of proficiency in English and one or more world languages. The HHSD Seal of Biliteracy Committee certifies that the student has met all of the defined requirements upon graduation. 

Students may apply for the Seal of Biliteracy in any grade, but must be evaluated in English and World Language in grades 9-12.  We suggest students apply in 11th grade.
