Device Distribution 2025 Information

Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year Device Distribution webpage. This page will contain all the information you will need to to pick up your student's device for the upcoming school year.

Please note that Device Distribution via the car line is only for students in Grades K-9 and new students. Returning High School students should keep their device, and any students who finished registration after August 8th 2025 will receive their device on the first day of school.

Device Distribution will take place from August 16th through August 23rd at Hatboro-Horsham High School at:

899 Horsham Rd

Horsham, PA 19044

To pick up your student's device:

1) Visit TicketLeap and sign up for a time for pickup. TicketLeap is free and there are time slots during both morning and evenings during the week, or times during the morning on two weekend days.

2) When you complete your checkout and schedule your time in TicketLeap you will have a ticket which you can print out or email to display on your cell phone.

3) Go to the High School bus loop (main entrance of the building) and drive through the bus loop during the time you selected.

4) Present your ticket and receive your student's hardware.

Additional Notes:

  • Any devices not picked up during Device Distribution will be delivered to your student's school prior to the first day of class for distribution in school.

  • Individual days close in ticket leaps approximately 36 hours before the actual event so we have time to organize and pull devices. For example you will be unable to sign up for time slots on August 15th pickups after 5pm on August 13th. This is a sliding window that updates every day throughout the process so please sign up for a time slot as soon as you are ready.
