Home Health Services Appoints New Clinical Leadership
PLANO, TX – (Mar. 17, 2008) Home Health Services of Texas, Inc., a leading Texas nonprofit home health care agency, today announced that Elizabeth Parker, RN, BSN, MS and Phyllis Zartman, RN, BSN have been appointed directors of clinical operations. Elizabeth and Phyllis will share responsibility in the management of the agency’s clinical operations and maintain individual reporting responsibility for specific agency branches.
“Elizabeth and Phyllis have faithfully served HHS for a number of years, with Elizabeth returning to us from another home health agency and Phyllis stepping up from her previous HHS management role,” Gerry Dutschke, president/CEO said. “Their collective home care experience and commitment to quality patient care will be invaluable assets to the agency.”
Parker graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and from Amber University with a master’s degree in business and human relations. Zartman earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
