Home Health Services Nominates New Board Members and Officers
DALLAS – (Dec. 23, 2003) Home Health Services, Inc., a nonprofit home health agency, today announced the appointment of two new board members and a new roster of board officers.
Laurie Brigance, J.D., a Staubach Company associate, recently joined Home Health Services’ board of directors. Brigance has been a real estate broker in the Dallas market for more than eight years, completing over three million square feet of real estate transactions. She specializes in working with law firms and life science/bio-tech companies.
Colin Campbell, president of Precision Business Solutions, joined Home Health Services’ board of directors in November. Campbell, a long-time Dallas resident, is also a co-owner in his company, which provides business analytics services.
“These individuals’ strong ties within the Dallas community and marketing savvy make them both wonderful additions to our organization and board,” said Gerry Dutschke, Home Health Services executive director.
Home Health Services’ board of directors also recently nominated a new roster of officers, which are as follows:
· President – Lynda Coumelis
· President-Elect – Vicki Blanton, J.C. Penney benefits and compensation tax manager
· Vice President – Robert Kramer, M.D.
· Secretary – Richard Geiger, J.D., Thompson, Coe Cousins & Irons, L.L.P. partner
· Treasurer – Mary Jane Anderson, Comerica Bank-Texas vice president of middle market lending
