Richard
S. Geiger, Chairman
Richard
S. Geiger is a partner of Thompson, Coe Cousins & Irons, L.L.P.and
graduate of SMU law school in Dallas. He served in the Texas House
of Representatives from 1973 to 1977 and on various committees within
the legislature. He specializes in insurance law and for 10 years
was the editor-in-chief of the Texas Insurance Law Journal.
He also serves on several area boards of directors.

Dr.
Robert Kramer, Vice Chairman
Dr.
Robert Kramer practiced medicine for 28 years as a clinical professor
of pediatrics, the medical director of the Cystic Fibrosis Research
Center, a founding partner of the largest private pediatric practice
in Dallas and former chairman of the department of pediatrics at
Baylor University Medical Center. Following his career in clinical
medicine, he became medical director of health care consulting at
Coopers and Lybrand. In 1998 he formed DecisionHealth and its subsidiaries,
CorporateHealth and Physician for the Arts. He currently serves
as medical advisor to NTEC (North Texas Enterprise Center) for biotechnology
in Frisco, director of life sciences at Technologic Partners and
program director for the Wall Street Journal's annual Health Care
Summit Meetings. He also sits on the boards of several biotech and
e-healthcare companies.

Colin
Campbell, Secretary
Colin
Campbell is president of Precision Business Solutions, a business
analytics services provider. With a client base including Kimberly-Clark,
Texas Industries, Blockbuster, 3M and Rubbermaid, Campbell’s company
utilizes a proprietary statistical model to tie non-financial operating
performance indicators to clients’ income statements. Campbell graduated
from Stanford Graduate School Of Business with a master’s degree
in management and from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton
School with bachelor’s degrees in economics and history. He is married
with three children and is active in the local community through
serving as a YMCA soccer coach, Bradfield Elementary School Room
Dad and Dad’s Club volunteer and Boys & Girls Club volunteer.

Mary
Jane Anderson, Treasurer
Mary
Jane Anderson is the vice president of middle market lending for
Comerica Bank-Texas. She participates in several civic activities,
including involvement with Girls Incorporated of Metropolitan Dallas,
the Dallas Chamber of Commerce and the YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas.
She graduated with distinction from Southern Methodist University's
Southwestern Graduate School of Banking and also has a master's
degree of business administration in finance from Indiana University,
a master's degree of management science from Texas Christian University
and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Arkansas.

Lynda
L. Coumelis
Lynda
Coumelis has extensive experience in community relations, having
spent many years as the director of corporate community relations
at Texas Instruments. She currently chairs the panel for allocations
for United Way, as well as sits on the corporate allocations committee.
She has served on numerous boards of directors and is extremely
active in many phases of community involvement.
Gregory
G. Graze
Gregory
Graze is founder and president of Graze Public Relations, a Dallas-based
firm specializing in medical and health care public relations. He
has more than 20 years of experience in medical and health care
communications and marketing, including several years as a medical
writer and more than seven years as head of public relations for
Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. He has served on the board
of Home Health Services of Dallas since 1991.
Michael
Kurilecz, Jr.
Michael
Kurilecz, Jr. is a private investor with over 20 years financial
investment and advisory experience. A Dallas native who has served
on numerous boards of directors, Kurilecz graduated from Washington
and Lee Universities and has done extensive fundraising for not-for-profit
entities in the cultural arts, healthcare and education areas.
Patricia Driscoll
Patricia Driscoll is an associate professor for Texas Woman's
University's Graduate Program in Health Care Administration. She also
provides legal counsel on operational and regulatory issues in health
and employment law and is a partner in Decision Health, a medical
consulting firm. She was previously a vice president and chief
operating officer for St. Paul Medical Center and served in other
managerial roles at Parkland Health and Hospital System and RHD
Memorial
Medical Center, formerly Brookhaven Hospital. She graduated from
Southern Methodist University School of Law and earned her master's
degree in nursing and health services administration from Texas
Woman's University, as well as her bachelor's degree in nursing
from Incarnate Word College in San Antonio, Texas.
